Terms and Conditions
This warranty provides, at no extra cost to you, all parts necessary to ensure your trampoline is in proper working condition throughout your life.
• Cover includes: Any fault, defect, or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process.
• Cover excludes: Any faults caused by lack of maintenance, acts of nature, weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear. External sources such as theft, fire damage, cuts, or vandalism are not covered.
• This warranty does not cover misuse or minor imperfections in trampolines that meet design specifications or do not materially alter functionality.
• Not transferable - all warranty claims must be made by the person who made the original purchase of the trampoline from Jumpflex®.
• Must show proof of purchase / order number and include photos showing the suspected defect.
• Jumpflex® reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace the trampoline.
• Valid for purchases on or after 9 May 2022.
• This warranty does not cover Jumpflex® accessories.
• Only valid on HERO™ trampolines.
